Refund & Return Policy

Our holsters are custom-made to your exact specifications. Please be sure your selections are correct before placing your order. Orders may be canceled if we receive your cancelation request in writing, via email, within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your name, contact information, along with your order number and reason for cancelation. These requests should be emailed to: [email protected]. Orders canceled or returned after 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancelation/return fee. 

Stinger Precision does accept returns of gear, including T-shirts and holster accessories. T-shirts must not have been washed, and accessories must be in original packaging. The customer will pay for shipping. Before shipping a return, please email us at: [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your return and determine the contents are still in new condition, we will issue a full refund.
